Insulation for fabric structures that keeps heat in, allows some light and easy to install! Whiteline is excited to announce this product that we have created, used, and modified over the past 10 years.

How do you insulate a fabric building? Is it cost saving? Does it allow light penetration? These were all questions that WS has been dealing with for the last ten years and we are confident that we have developed an insulation liner for these buildings that answers all these questions.

  1. The 2 layers of fire retardant polyethylene fabric and in between is a 1" bonded polyester, sewn in panels that are custom built to match the truss spacing of your building. This design keeps condensation from forming inside of the panel which reduces thermal capacity. These panels are tied to the truss and each one is attached together with Velcro creating a totally sealed insulated building. This makes for easy installation and convenient frame inspections – just open the Velcro panel. This is very useful for, as said, structural inspections, as well as wiring and heating applications. Also an added bonus this insulation can be taken down and reused.

  2. Whiteline has used this insulation in our buildings for 10 years and has cut our heating costs dramatically. This year (2018) our coldest month of January, it cost us about $40.00 per day to heat 12000 sq ft., for short sleeve comfort. Don't forget that cost includes our wonderful carbon tax! Another plus is, it will stay cooler in the summer.

  3. The real difference between a conventional insulation and ours is that there is filtered light. Work can be done on a bright sunny day without extra lighting.

  4. It's adaptable-this insulation can be used for any and all fabric buildings.
